By accessing or using Auto Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Auto Care is a vehicle maintenance tracking application that allows you to:

• Track multiple vehicles and their details
• Log maintenance records and service history
• Set reminders for upcoming maintenance
• Export maintenance reports
• View spending analytics and insights

3. User Accounts & Data

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your vehicle and maintenance data. All data is stored locally on your device.

4. Premium Features

Auto Care offers a one-time Premium purchase ($4.99) that includes:

• Unlimited vehicles (free: 2 vehicles)
• Unlimited reminders per vehicle (free: 6 per vehicle)
• Ad-free experience
• PDF export functionality
• Advanced insights and analytics

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

5. Refunds

Refund requests must be made through Apple. We cannot process refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Distribute or resell the app
• Interfere with the app's functionality

7. Disclaimer

Auto Care is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The app is a tool to help track maintenance but:

• We are not responsible for missed maintenance due to app errors
• Always consult your vehicle's manual for accurate service intervals
• The app does not replace professional mechanical advice

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our app at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside.
