This Privacy Policy applies to the CrySense AI: Baby Cry Analyzer mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") developed by IMAD EL KHAFI (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our Application.

Important: The Application does not permanently store your baby's cry recordings on our servers. Audio is processed locally on your device and/or temporarily on our secured servers solely for the purpose of analysis.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the Application's core functionality of analyzing baby cries
• Process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions
• Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
• Diagnose technical problems and optimize performance
• Send important notifications related to the Application

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The Application offers in-app purchases and subscription options. When you make a purchase:

• Payment information is processed by your platform provider (Apple App Store/Google Play) and not directly by us
• We receive confirmation of successful transactions but do not have access to your payment details
• We store information about your subscription status to provide appropriate access to premium features
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's account settings

Premium subscriptions provide access to unlimited AI Assistant usage, unlimited cry analyses, and remove advertisements. Pricing information is clearly displayed before purchase within the Application.

Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies. These services may collect and process data through the Application:

• AdMob - For displaying advertisements
• Apple App Store - For processing in-app purchases
• Google Play Store - For processing in-app purchases
• AppsFlyer - For analytics and marketing attribution
• OpenAI - For AI Assistant functionality

We only share information with these services as necessary for them to perform their functions and in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's Privacy

Our Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete such information from our servers.
