These Terms of Use govern your use of the CrySense AI: Baby Cry Analyzer mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") developed by IMAD EL KHAFI (hereby referred to as "Service Provider").

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Application.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes through the Application or by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Application is provided to you as a service for analyzing baby cry patterns and providing parenting assistance. You may use the Application only for your personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

The Application offers both free and premium features through in-app purchases and subscription options:
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend the offered subscription plans at any time.
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to the Service Provider to provide the service. The processing of this information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Application may display, include, or make available third-party content or provide links to third-party websites or services. These third-party services have their own Terms and Conditions that you must comply with:
The Service Provider does not control and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You further acknowledge and agree that the Service Provider shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party services.

The Application is not intended to replace professional medical advice. The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy of cry analysis results, and the Application should not be used as a substitute for consultation with healthcare professionals.
In no event shall the Service Provider's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the past 12 months, or fifty dollars ($50) if you haven't purchased anything through the Application.
The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Service Provider does not warrant that:
The Application may require an active internet connection to function properly. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider, but the Service Provider cannot take responsibility for the Application not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi or if you've exhausted your data allowance.
The Service Provider may from time to time provide updates to the Application. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or improvements. You agree to accept these updates as part of your use of the Application. If you choose not to update the Application, certain features may not be available to you.
The Service Provider may terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Application.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
