By downloading, installing, or using NakamaTCG ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Agreement: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NakamaTCG regarding your use of the App.
2Description of Service
NakamaTCG is a companion application for the One Piece Trading Card Game that provides:
- Collection management and tracking
- Deck building tools with validation
- Card price tracking from third-party sources
- Match history recording
- Card scanning and recognition
- Wishlist management
- Import/export functionality
3User Accounts and Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
The App uses your device's local storage and optionally Apple iCloud for data synchronization. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.
4Subscriptions and Purchases PRO
Free Tier
The App offers a free tier with the following limits:
- Up to 500 cards in your collection
- Up to 3 saved decks
- Up to 10 card scans per month
- Basic price tracking
Pro Subscription
NakamaTCG Pro unlocks unlimited features through a subscription:
- Unlimited collection cards
- Unlimited decks
- Unlimited card scans
- Advanced price alerts and analytics
- Priority support
Billing Terms
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
- No refunds for partial subscription periods
5Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use automated systems or bots to access the App
- Attempt to bypass subscription or feature restrictions
- Distribute, share, or sell your account access
- Use the App to infringe on any third-party rights
6Intellectual Property
Important: One Piece and One Piece Trading Card Game are trademarks of Bandai Co., Ltd. and Shueisha Inc. NakamaTCG is an independent companion app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai or Shueisha.
The NakamaTCG app, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Card images and data are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.
7Third-Party Services and Data
The App integrates with third-party services:
- Price Data: Card prices are sourced from third-party marketplaces (TCGPlayer, etc.) and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee price accuracy.
- Card Database: Card information is compiled from publicly available sources and official Bandai releases.
- Apple Services: iCloud sync and App Store purchases are subject to Apple's terms of service.
8Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Security of data stored on your device
9Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NakamaTCG and its developers shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Any trading or purchasing decisions made based on price data in the App
- Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the App in the past 12 months

10Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue any feature of the App at any time
- Update subscription pricing with reasonable notice
- Change free tier limits with notice to users
12Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App ceases immediately
- Data stored locally on your device remains yours
- Active subscriptions may be canceled without refund for Terms violations
13Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by updating the "Effective Date" above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
