By downloading, installing, or using the Posture mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

✅ Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use the App and make any purchases.

Account Requirements

• Provide accurate information when setting up the App
• Maintain the security of your device and App data
• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

💎 In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Premium Features Include:

• Unlimited tracking sessions (Free users limited to 5 sessions/day)
• Advanced analytics with detailed progress reports
• Premium exercise library with 50+ guided exercises
• Data export in CSV and JSON formats
• Custom reminder schedules and sleep mode
• AI-powered insights and personalized recommendations
• Ad-free experience with no interruptions

🛒 Purchase Terms

• Payment: Charged through Apple App Store to your iTunes account
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before expiration
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your Apple ID subscription settings
• Pricing: Subject to change with 30 days notice for existing subscribers
• Refunds: Handled by Apple according to their refund policy

🆓 Free Trial (When Available)

We may offer free trial periods for new users. Free trials:

• Are available to new subscribers only
• Automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
• Must be cancelled at least 24 hours before trial expiration to avoid charges
• May not be combined with other promotional offers

📱 App Usage & Restrictions

Permitted Use

• Personal posture tracking and improvement
• Using guided exercises and recommendations
• Exporting your personal data (Premium feature)
• Sharing achievements on social media

Prohibited Activities

• Reverse engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or reverse engineering the App
• Commercial use: Using the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Data misuse: Attempting to access other users' data or system vulnerabilities
• Harmful content: Using the App to transmit harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Subscription sharing: Sharing subscription benefits across multiple Apple IDs

🔧 Device Requirements

Hardware Requirements

• iOS Device: iPhone or iPad running iOS 15.0 or later
• AirPods Pro or AirPods Max: Required for motion-based posture tracking
• Storage: At least 100MB of available storage space
• Internet: Required for premium features and initial setup

Permissions Required

• Motion & Fitness: Essential for posture tracking functionality
• Notifications: Optional, for posture reminders and alerts
• Camera/Microphone: Optional, for future enhancement features

💾 Data & Content

Your Data

• You retain ownership of your posture tracking data
• Data is primarily stored locally on your device
• Premium users can export data in multiple formats
• You can delete all data through App settings

App Content

• All exercises, content, and features are owned by us
• You may not redistribute or resell our content
• Premium content is accessible only during active subscription
• Updates and new features may be added regularly

⚠️ Disclaimers & Limitations

App Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance
• Premium features require active subscription and internet connection
• AirPods Pro/Max functionality depends on Apple's hardware and software

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

🔄 Updates & Modifications

App Updates

• We regularly release updates to improve functionality and security
• Some updates may require iOS system updates
• Critical security updates may be pushed automatically
• New features may be added to premium subscriptions

Terms Updates

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through:

• In-app notifications
• Email notifications (if provided)
• Updated "Last Modified" date

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of new Terms.

🚫 Termination

By You

• You may stop using the App at any time
• Cancel subscriptions through Apple ID settings
• Delete the App and all local data

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Attempt to harm our systems or other users
• Use the App in ways that could damage our reputation

🌍 International Use

The App is available worldwide through the Apple App Store. However:

• Some features may vary by region due to local regulations
• Pricing is set by Apple and may vary by country
• These Terms are governed by United States law
• Disputes will be resolved in United States courts

⚖️ Legal

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

• Most disputes can be resolved through our support team
• For subscription issues, contact Apple Support first
• Legal disputes will be handled in California courts
• You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
